Customer Service Hours Extended!
We have extended our Customer Service hours to make it easier for you to reach us. As of

July 12, 2010, our new hours are: 

  •         Monday – Thursday:  7:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. ET
  •         Friday:  7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. ET
  •         Saturday:  9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. ET


To reach our Customer Service department, call the number on your member identification card.
Please note:  Some members may have different Customer Service hours due to their plan type or employer group.
