The mission of Carolina Care Plan® Inc (CCP) is to deliver quality healthcare
plans that are accessible, user-friendly and affordable to South Carolina.
Employer groups seeking health coverage can choose from a variety of different plans
including Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), Point of Service (POS) and Qualified
High Deductible Health Plan (QHDHP). CCP provides group health coverage for several
