CAROLINA CARE PLAN APPOINTS STROUD TO COMMUNICATIONS POST

Columbia, SC -- Carolina Care Plan has named Kasey Stroud senior communications specialist.

She will be primarily responsible for marketing communications. In addition, Stroud will also have responsibilities in employee communications, media relations and community relations.

Prior to joining Carolina Care, she worked as an account manager for DP Professionals and as director operations and legislative affairs for the South Carolina Alliance of Health Plans.

Stroud received her Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from the University of South Carolina.
