Provider Networks for South Carolina Members

A network is a group of hospitals, clinics, medical centers and physicians that participate with Carolina Care Plan and its affiliates. Prior to obtaining services, you can ensure maximum cost savings and avoid unexpected charges by verifying the status of providers.

Please select the logo that matches the one on your ID card. This will ensure you are selecting the appropriate network for provider participation in the designated service area.

    Note: Effective December 1, 2009 the SuperMed network has been expanded to include a total of 56 counties. Please check the online directory to verify that your provider is part of the SuperMed network based on the county in which you wish to receive services. If your current provider is in your current network, but not yet in network with SuperMed, please note that we will continue to process those services at the in network level of benefits through January 31, 2010. The payment for services rendered will be sent to you, please send those funds directly to the provider. If you receive a bill from the provider for anything other than your deductible, coinsurance, copayments or any non covered services, then contact the Customer Service number on the back of your ID card and we will intervene on your behalf to limit your liability. Four additional counties, Elkhart, Fayette, St Joseph and Wayne, will convert to the SuperMed network effective February 1, 2010.
